With over 25 years of law enforcement experience and 5 years of service in the U.S. Army, Curtis D. brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a lead instructor for Triple I Solutions’ “Evading Honesty® 2.0” course. He also served as a State Department contractor in the Middle East for 3 years, gaining invaluable insight into Middle Eastern culture and its nuances, which he incorporates into his training.

Curtis has held diverse roles throughout his career, including positions in SWAT, Narcotics Investigations, K9 Operations, and as Chief of Police, spending over 20 years in specialized law enforcement units. A certified K9 Kennel Master, firearms instructor, and expert in deployment tactics, he has trained hundreds of law enforcement officers across the country, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience.

In addition to leading instruction, Curtis contributes to course development and operational planning for Triple I Solutions, ensuring law enforcement professionals receive comprehensive, effective training tailored to their unique challenges.

With over three decades of law enforcement experience, John B. has established himself as a highly skilled investigator, instructor, and leader in both law enforcement operations and emergency management. Currently serving as the Director of Emergency Management for a Florida Sheriff’s Office, John’s vast expertise spans specialized enforcement, leadership, and training.

Throughout his career, John has worked in and supervised elite law enforcement units, including Street Crimes Units and Multi-Jurisdictional Task Forces, where he played a critical role in high-profile investigations, interdiction efforts, and tactical operations. His strategic leadership has been further refined through his completion of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Chief Executive Seminar and the Florida Sheriffs Commanders Academy, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in law enforcement leadership.

John has been a certified FDLE Instructor since 1992, bringing over three decades of teaching experience in a variety of essential law enforcement subjects, including Firearms, K-9 Handling and Evaluation, Interview & Interrogation Techniques, and Speed Measurement. His instructor credentials extend to the federal level, where he serves as a Federal Law Enforcement STAR Rural Law Enforcement Instructor and Tactical Medical Instructor, providing critical training to officers operating in high-risk environments.

Beyond law enforcement, John has extensive experience in emergency management, compliance, and securityacross both law enforcement and healthcare sectors, reinforcing his holistic approach to safety and crisis response. As the Past President of the Florida Narcotics Officers Association, he has played a pivotal role in developing and delivering narcotics and interdiction training to agencies across the state, helping to strengthen investigative techniques and enforcement strategies.

His decades of experience in interview and interrogation tactics provide law enforcement professionals with critical insight into detecting deception, improving communication, and conducting more effective investigations. Justin M. brings 16 years of law enforcement experience, including a decade dedicated to complex transnational drug trafficking investigations stemming from criminal interdiction stops. Currently serving as a Federal Task Force Agent with one of the nation’s elite federal law enforcement agencies, Justin has played a critical role in dismantling cartel smuggling operations, personally handling hundreds of large-scale cases.

With over 2,000 hours of specialized training in behavioral analysis and smuggling tactics, Justin is an expert in identifying and disrupting organized criminal enterprises. His extensive experience includes conducting hundreds of face-to-face interviews with suspects, extracting valuable intelligence to combat transnational crime.

With over 13 years of law enforcement experience, Brock S. is a seasoned professional specializing in effective communication and deception detection. His career spans roles as a deputy coroner, patrol officer, and Lieutenant in a Midwest state, as well as an investigator for a multi-jurisdictional drug task force. These diverse roles have honed Brock’s expertise in analyzing human behavior and mastering the art of strategic communication.

Brock holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice and served as an in-service instructor at his agency, where he trained officers in the use of less-than-lethal tools. His unique ability to connect with students and translate complex concepts into practical skills makes him a highly sought-after instructor for Triple I Solutions’ “Evading Honesty® 2.0” course. Brock’s engaging teaching style and extensive field experience equip law enforcement professionals with the tools they need to enhance their communication and investigative effectiveness.

Currently serving as a K9 handler with a multi-jurisdictional special crimes task force, he plays a critical role in targeting organized crime networks and dismantling high-level narcotics operations. With 25 years of law enforcement experience and 6 years of military service, Joseph F. has served in a wide range of roles, including Narcotics Investigator, Interdiction Agent, Federal Task Force Officer with the U.S. Department of Justice, K9 Handler, and Chief of Police. Over the course of his career, he has trained hundreds of criminal justice professionals in disciplines such as defensive tactics, firearms, medical response, incident command, and less-than-lethal force.

Holding a bachelor’s degree, Joseph brings both practical experience and academic knowledge to his instruction. As part of the Triple I Solutions team, he delivers the Evading Honesty® 2.0 and Smugglers, Inc.® 2.0 courses, equipping law enforcement professionals with advanced skills to enhance their effectiveness in the field.

With over 25 years of law enforcement experience across two states, Kris B. has dedicated the majority of his career to specialized enforcement units, including street crimes and high-level interdiction assignments. For the past decade, he has served as a Special Agent with a statewide task force, working alongside his canine partner to identify and apprehend complex cartel operatives. His efforts have resulted in hundreds of arrests and the seizure of significant quantities of narcotics and drug proceeds transported along interstate systems across the United States.

Kris has conducted hundreds of interviews with high-level criminal enterprise members, refining his skills to extract critical intelligence that aids in dismantling organized crime networks. His work has taken him nationwide, leading investigations and testifying in local, state, and federal courts.

With 12 years of law enforcement experience and 4 years of military service, Richard C. is a seasoned professional who currently serves as both a Police Chief and a K9 Handler, roles he has held for 5 and 8 years, respectively. His extensive field experience and leadership make him a trusted expert in his field.

Richard has conducted hundreds of transnational criminal and smuggling investigations across North America, often working alongside federal agencies such as the FBI, HSI, ATF, and DEA. As a subject matter expert in criminal interdiction for the district court, his in-depth knowledge of smuggling tactics and operational networks has led to the successful dismantling of numerous criminal enterprises. Richard is also highly trained in advanced interview and interrogation techniques, enabling him to extract critical intelligence during high-stakes investigations. His ability to identify deception and gather actionable information has made him a leader in interdiction operations.

Since beginning his law enforcement career in 2011 with a South Texas agency, Robert W. has built an impressive record of expertise in criminal interdiction and transnational crime investigations. Starting as a Sheriff’s Deputy, he became a K9 Handler in 2013 and transitioned into criminal interdiction in 2014, where he spent a decade working full-time within a specialized unit. In 2024, Robert was promoted to Chief Deputy, taking on administrative leadership while still actively conducting highway interdiction investigations, ensuring his frontline expertise remains sharp.

Robert is a recognized expert in Tradecraft and Clandestine Countermeasures, specializing in the techniques used by transnational criminal organizations to evade detection. His deep understanding of smuggling networks, combined with strong communication skills, allows him to break through deceptive tactics and extract critical intelligence. He has been directly involved in hundreds of complex smuggling and criminal investigations, working alongside federal agencies such as the FBI, DEA, DHS/HSI, and various U.S. intelligence entities, giving him an insider’s perspective on the operational structures of high-level criminal organizations.

With eight years of law enforcement experience in Middle Tennessee, Sarah U. has dedicated her career to training and equipping officers with essential skills in communication, crisis response, and defensive tactics. Currently serving in her department’s Training Division as a Master Patrol Officer, she plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of law enforcement professionals.

Sarah is a certified instructor in defensive tactics and Crisis Intervention Training (C.I.T.), bringing expertise in de-escalation, officer safety, and tactical communication. She has served on her department’s Domestic Violence Team and spent over two years as a Crisis Negotiator, gaining invaluable experience in handling high-stress, volatile situations with precision and empathy.

Throughout her career, Sarah has trained hundreds of officers, serving as both a lead instructor and assistant instructor in numerous defensive tactics courses within her department. She also regularly assists the Tennessee State Police Academy with its C.I.T. program, further expanding her impact on law enforcement training statewide.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, providing her with a deep understanding of behavioral analysis, law enforcement leadership, and public service. Her extensive training and field experience contribute to her role as an instructor for Triple I Solutions, where she provides expert instruction in Evading Honesty® 2.0, helping officers enhance their communication skills, detect deception, and navigate complex interactions with confidence and professionalism.

With a decade of law enforcement experience, Cameron D. has built a career centered on criminal investigations, interdiction, and advanced training for both law enforcement and government agencies. His broad expertise in both the public and private sectors makes him a valuable asset to the Triple I Solutions team.

Cameron has served in specialized roles, including criminal interdiction and investigations, where he has conducted complex investigations into transnational smuggling operations and organized criminal enterprises. His ability to recognize criminal tradecraft and conduct in-depth investigations has made him an essential part of multi-agency efforts targeting high-level offenders.

As an experienced instructor, Cameron has trained law enforcement professionals nationwide, serving as a contract trainer for government agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has provided instruction on a variety of critical law enforcement topics, including firearms training, tactical operations, and investigative techniques, ensuring officers are prepared for the challenges they face in the field.

Cameron’s extensive background in law enforcement operations, training, and investigative techniques allows him to bring valuable real-world experience to the classroom. His expertise in human behavior, communication, and deception detection makes him an integral instructor for Triple I Solutions’ Evading Honesty® 2.0 course, where he helps law enforcement professionals enhance their communication skills, detect deception, and conduct more effective investigations.

Shaheen M., a Middle Eastern native fluent in Farsi/Persian with working knowledge of Dari, Pashto, Arabic, and Spanish, brings a unique cultural perspective to his instruction. Growing up in the Middle East, he gained firsthand insight into the culture and extremist indoctrination processes, which he has leveraged throughout his 27-year career in U.S. law enforcement. 

Retired since 2020, Shaheen served in roles ranging from Community Policing Officer and Federal Task Force Officer with the FBI to Criminal Interdiction Agent in three different states in the United States. He participated in hundreds of major criminal and terrorism cases, seizing contraband, dismantling smuggling operations, and intercepting terrorist activities. 

An accomplished author, Shaheen wrote "The Patriot Jihadi™", detailing his upbringing in the Middle East and shedding light on the radicalization of youth, wrote "Smugglers, Inc.®" and co-authored "Evading Honesty®" publications. Named after two of the proprietary courses that emphasize deception detection and smuggling operations, taught exclusively by Triple I Solutions. Shaheen combines his cultural expertise, advanced training in behavioral analysis and deception detection, and extensive field experience to educate law enforcement and intelligence professionals across the globe through a variety of courses related to the Middle East and Terrorism Detection. He serves as the lead developer/instructor for the "A Martyr's Psyche™" course only available through Triple I Solutions and is the host of "The Patriot Jihadi Show".
